Our small group workouts are designed to achieve whole body strength and we train with functional movements that will help you in every aspect of your life. The Livingston Peak Strength community aspires to live healthier lives and support individuals seeking to improve their overall health. We are here to encourage each other, train hard, and have fun doing it. Every exercise and workout can be modified to accommodate your needs and ability - we will meet you at your level! We have have members of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and goals.

Every training session is coach-led. Classes are an hour long and include warm-up, movement instruction and points of performance, strength portion and/or workout, and time for cool down/mobility. Our workouts include components of powerlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, cardio, bodyweight movement, kettlebells and dumbbells, and vary in length and intensity. The variation is meant to keep your overall fitness level high so you can enjoy an active lifestyle. You don’t have to come up with a workout and you don’t get stuck in a rut with the same workouts over and over. If you can get yourself here, we take care of the rest!

Getting in shape is what gets people in the door, but the community is what keeps people coming back. Our members are supportive of each other and the camaraderie is something you won’t find in any other gym. Summer floats, holiday parties, themed workouts, and friendly gym competitions give us time to not only work hard and sweat together, but also to put-on normal clothes and play hard together as well.
